Preparing For a Changing Market

Newly Hired Head of Agent Development, Mike Marmion, Hits the Transitioning Market Conditions in Stride

Earlier this summer, Willis Allen Real Estate hired Mike Marmion to head up its Agent Development division. In addition to bringing exclusively identified agents into the brokerage, he also has an immense library of personally developed training material that has already had an immediate impact on our agents.

Mike Marmion, Director of Agent Development

Mike kicked off the last 21 days of summer with a “21 Day Challenge”, whereby he gave the several agents who volunteered for the program a step-by-step guide to ensuring their success coming into the post-Labor Day market. Through the rigorous yet achievable course, he held participants accountable for their commitment to follow the steps outlined in a course that was designed to jump-start the lull that can come from the summer market months.

To illustrate the effectiveness of the course, on a “22nd Day” celebration that all participants attended, one of our agent’s phones rang… with a potential deal from a prospect that was contacted as part of Mike’s course!

We couldn’t be more excited to have Mike on our team. His incredible training sessions are built from a foundation that saw him as a Licensed Real Estate Salesperson in the early 90’s. He has been on the executive side of the brokerage business since 1998 and is an established and very highly regarded name in San Diego real estate. Willis Allen is thrilled that Mike has brought his track record of success to the team.
