You could say that Karen Lee started her Real Estate career at 12 years old, walking door to door with her mom handing out property flyers. As the daughter of a single parent who worked as a real estate Broker, Karen followed in her mother’s footsteps, passing her real estate licensing exam while receiving her degree at CSULA. Once licensed, she joined her mother working as her buyers agent.
Over two decades later Lee is still helping buyers and sellers alike with all their real estate transaction needs in San Diego County. Now a veteran in the industry, she prides herself on her ability to determine the wants and needs of her clients and deliver an exceptional experience every time. Always strategic and tenacious, she has closed deals for a long client list that ranges from first-time homebuyers to rock stars and everyone in between. Karen’s compassion for her clients and her community is what makes working with her exceptional.
Matching perfectly with her profession, Karen enjoys spending her free time staging properties and working on creative projects. She also loves to play tennis, pickleball, and volleyball. She is a member of the PEO Christian Women's Club, a local women’s philanthropic group in Coronado. Most recently, during the COVID-19 pandemic, Lee volunteered as a block captain for the N2N (Neighbor to Neighbor) program in Coronado, helping provide community updates on COVID-19 and coordinating monthly outdoor get togethers. Whether in real estate or through her volunteer work, Karen is committed to serving her clients and community at the highest level.
