Real Estate Agent
Since 2007, Ashley's real estate philosophy has been simple: treat every client like family. Her hard work and dedication to every transaction makes the real estate process fun and stress-free. Her local area knowledge, luxury market experience, elevated customer service, and keen eye for specialized real estate marketing delivers the best price possible - each and every time. Give Ashley a call and start enjoying your real estate experience! Ashley Renfree grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area but has always been a San Diego girl at heart. She began her real estate career in Santa Barbara at Village Properties where she worked under 4 estate agents in Montecito. During that time Ashley obtained her real estate license and assisted in the closing of over $100,000,000 in real estate transactions. Not only did Ashley gain an invaluable education of the luxury real estate market, but she also developed a keen eye for specialized real estate marketing. Her polished presentation of listings, elevated customer service, and knowledge of local neighborhoods (including recent listings and sales) can’t be beat. Today, Ashley is supported by Willis Allen Real Estate and works with Buyers and Sellers all over coastal San Diego. Her passion for San Diego real estate separates herself from the competition because she understands the needs and wants of those buying and selling here. Whether she's helping a buyer find the right school district and beaches within walking distance, or helping a Seller market their home to the right coastal audience, Ashley's knowledge allows her to see the big picture and create success for her clients. "My philosophy is simple," says Ashley, "I treat every client like they are a member of my family. My hard work and dedication to each deal is proof of that. From start to finish, I want the real estate process to be fun, stress-free and financially beneficial for people as possible." When Ashley is not working, you can find her playing beach volleyball, supporting the National Alopecia Areata Foundation and spending time with her family.
