Bob and Carly Scott are a motivated, dynamic, and professional husband & wife team based out of Willis Allen’s Del Mar office. They take enormous pride in serving Coastal North County San Diego. With extensive market knowledge, cutting edge marketing, and a service-oriented mentality, Carly and Bob’s complementary skills and interests make them the ideal full-service real estate team. They value building authentic, positive relationships with clients and peers, that last well beyond the end of a transaction.
After graduating from the Air Force Academy with a degree in Civil Engineering, Bob went on to serve for 5 years of active duty in the Air Force. It was in the years following his graduation that he fell in love with real estate, flipping his first house at the age of 22. In 2011, he left the Air Force at the rank of Captain to become a full-time real estate investor, and founded a successful investment company; he was also licensed as a Realtor. He has been the principal in over 350 real estate transactions, and has a very thorough understanding of the buying & selling process from the clients perspective.
Carly attended McGill University, where she obtained her degree in Political Science, and then went on to pursue her Master’s degree in International Business at the University of St Andrews, in Scotland. She spent five years working in Donor Relations and Corporate Partnership Management in the nonprofit sector, and then two years working on the Operations team with a multinational restaurant franchise, while they expanded into new markets. She then transitioned to working for Bob, as his Acquistions Manager and in-house Realtor. Together as a team, she and Bob have completed over 50 real estate transactions.
Carly and Bob decided to settle down in Solana Beach and join the team at Willis Allen, where they are thrilled to work in the company of some of the best and brightest real estate professionals in San Diego. They start almost every morning with a swim in the Pacific, and when they aren’t working you can almost find them hiking one of their favorite trails, on the beach, or at one of their favorite North County restaurants.
