Jake Benzian practices real estate at Willis Allen Real Estate in Coronado, California, his hometown.
Jake is a Coronado High alum who graduated from Washington and Lee University with a B.A. in English Literature. During his time at Washington and Lee he developed a passion for the outdoors which led him to take a paralegal position with a Jackson Hole law firm specializing in real estate disputes.
After a few years he accepted a position as an analyst with a southern California-based real estate investment company. While working for EMPAC Capital, Jake was responsible for underwriting investment properties, preparing investor distributions and statements, and acted as a transaction coordinator for the principals of the company. Jake enjoyed this work, however, when his brother encouraged him to join his real estate practice at Willis Allen the allure of teaming up and building a family business was too enticing to pass up.
Jake enjoys spending his free time hiking, skiing, and surfing, with a little golf thrown in on the side. In the fall, most of his weekends are spent remaining a devoted fan of the San Diego Chargers.
