Located in majestic Paradise Valley, Montana, Ameya Preserve is a private community on nearly 11,000 acres of magnificent wilderness along with the eagle, bear, moose, deer, elk and other wildlife that call it home. More than 90% of this land will be set aside in perpetuity, protected by unprecedented standards in conservation.

Community buildings will include everything from an equestrian center to an arts center to a university-level observatory. Members can fish the Yellowstone with Fly Rod Prime five- to ten-acre estate sites provide members the greatest measure of flexibility in building homes with the utmost privacy, premier views and convenient access to all community amenities . Ranging from two to five acres, Ameya Preserve's custom home sites offer a choice of locations—on the edge of an open meadow, in the shelter of aspen stands, or bordering on wetlands and fields of sagebrush.
