La Jolla, Calif. (October 2017) – Elizabeth Courtiér of Willis Allen Real Estate was recently designated a “Christie’s International Real Estate Luxury Specialist” by Christie International Real Estate. That organization is the real estate arm of Christie’s, the world’s leading art business and the global brand synonymous with luxury for over 250 years.
Courtiér received the designation at the 2017 Luxury Specialist Conference that was held in Coronado in September. The conference offered agents the latest insights into today’s ever-evolving and highly competitive luxury sector. The conference assembles specialists who provide insights into luxury goods – like wine, art, design and jewelry – who are also leaders in the luxury real estate market.
“Having successfully represented Historic and Architecturally significant properties throughout San Diego for over two decades, it is indeed an honor to be selected to this elite group of sales professionals by the venerable Auction House that is Christie’s,” says Courtiér. “Our core values perfectly align – ‘Art. Beauty. Provenance. The world’s most desired homes.’”
At the event, presentations ranged from Los Angeles real estate superstar Gary Gold’s experiences in listing and closing real estate transactions, including the landmark $100 million sale of The Playboy Mansion, to insights from Christie’s specialists in art, watches, handbags, jewelry and wines. Everything presented at the conference provided strategies to help Christie’s International Real Estate’s affiliated agents maintain their leadership positions in their local markets.
