Last summer we sold our house in San Diego with Jennifer Anderson and the Anderson Coastal Properties Team. This home sale was a first for us and thus we had many questions and concerns. Jennifer was always reachable by phone or email to answer our questions. She was professional and cheerful, which made us feel at ease and in good hands. If she was unavailable, we could always talk to Nancy or Hayden from her team and were never left stranded. While selling a house and moving is certainly no fun with two toddlers, thanks to Jennifer and her team, it was a smooth and pleasant experience from beginning to end!

Amidst moving to San Diego from the east coast, starting a new job, and our first baby on the way, we decided to add buying our first home to the list. Fast forward a couple months, we are living in our dream home. Jennifer and her dedicated team were the only reason that we could have accomplished this, under the time constraints that we had established and with such a wonderful outcome. And to be candid, after having worked with her, we would not have wanted to share this experience with anyone else but Jennifer. From our first conversation to our last, Jennifer provided us with continual insight and guidance on all aspects of the process (as well as occasional handholding).

Jennifer understands the market well and was helpful in ensuring we were up to speed on market trends and dynamics so we could set our expectations and adjust strategy as necessary. With respect to her knowledge of the area, she provided invaluable market intel on every property / neighborhood in which we were interested. She armed us with the necessary information to properly prepare our offer package well ahead of submitting offers. When the time came, we were more than equipped and had a solid offer right from the get-go. Her guidance on bidding strategy combined with negotiation style is what resulted is the ultimate selection of our offer (I should note that we won out on a home that had 20 competing offers!). Furthermore, she has a keen understanding of the mindset of other parties (both the seller and other potential buyers) which positioned us well in such a competitive situation.

In terms of execution and closing the deal, Jennifer continues to add value from coordinating the necessary inspections to finalizing documentation with the escrow company. Following the inspection period, she was even able to further negotiate a material price concession which is unheard of given the number of offers trailing us. There was never a moment during the transaction in which she did not do whatever it took to keep us informed and comfortable. Jennifer was always reachable and happy to answer any and all questions we had (as naïve as they might have been).

Throughout the entire process, Jennifer treated us like close friends rather than purely clients. Jennifer is truly one of a kind and if you have the opportunity to work with her, you will not regret it.

We loved working with Jennifer and the Anderson Coastal Properties Team! My husband and I moved from Texas with open minds on different areas of North County to call home. On our first visit to San Diego, we viewed properties with Jennifer from Bird Rock to Carlsbad. We are so thankful we found Jennifer Anderson at Anderson Coastal Properties. She and her team were very professional, and absolutely wonderful to work with! First we met for an initial consultation, and she had us complete preliminary steps before we looked at homes so we would be ready to go. She and her team provided several listings that fit our needs in the area we wanted, and were available to show us places during times that fit our schedule. We found a place we liked the first day and Jennifer immediately created an offer package with a strong presenation to the seller. We were thrilled that they accepted our offer the next day, and also impressed how Jennifer was able to negotiate a deal with the seller that allowed for flooring budget and credit towards closing costs. Jennifer and her team did a fantastic job selling our condo! I couldn’t have been happier. We got three offers on the first day it was available for sale and most were above our asking price. She was able to secure a back up offer which protected us when the appraisal came in low and we were able to negotiate with the buyer to cover the shortfall at the buyer's expense. I highly recommend Jennifer and would hire her again in a second. In contrast, I had the same condo listed with another agent before and had a very poor experience.

Jennifer was very easy to work, very knowledgeable, and made me feel confident throughout the process. She never tried to push me into doing anything and always offered options and suggestions instead. I always felt like she had my best interests in mind. Additionally, I thought Jennifer and her team went above and beyond. I was selling the condo from another city and we handled everything remotely which included things like advice and coordination with house cleaners and plumbers. Everything went so smoothly.

All in all, Jennifer and her team are great and I highly recommend them!

Jennifer and Nancy MADE my home buying experience! From our initial consultation to the day I got my keys - I knew I was in good hands and that no detail would be overlooked. It was my first time buying a house, so I was understandably overwhelmed. Jennifer and her team made sure I was well versed on all the paperwork and was pre-approved before we viewed our first property. That way when we were ready to put in an offer I was 100% comfortable with all the paperwork and didn't feel rushed.
