| Kerry began her real estate career with her mother, Mary Appleby, 25 years ago and is in now in partnership with her brother, Scott Appleby. The Appleby family arrived in La Jolla 40 years ago, thus Team Appleby has a large following of friends and business contacts who buy and sell real estate. Kerry graduated from the Bishop's School in La Jolla and then earned her teaching credential at USC in Los Angeles. Scott graduated from La Jolla High and then from Dartmouth College with a degree in earth sciences. Scott and Kerry have eached owned homes in La Jolla, Del Mar, Carmel Valley and Rancho Santa Fe, and have experienced great success in representing both buyers and sellers in the multiple neighborhoods. Team Appleby celebrated a banner year in 2010 and set a personal record by reporting 9 escrows in a 90 day period. They pride themselves on creating honest expectations about the market with their clients - doing that means happy clients and getting deals done - if you don't do that, you wind up wasting everyone's time.
