Interests:   Valerie loves spending time with her two children, Rachel-Renee & Preston.  She loves music, attending concerts including gigs that her daughter performs, enjoys decorating with a keen eye for balance and beauty, and walks and jogs regularly in the beautiful outdoors Southern California affords.  

Education:  Valerie is a licensed California Real Estate Broker.  In 1984 she earned her B.B.A. with double majors in finance and economics from Texas Christian University in Fort Worth, Texas.

Experience:  Valerie brings to her clients over 15 years of extensive real estate experience, working with a real estate development company both in the suburbs of Chicago, Illinois and Fort Worth, Texas before moving to Southern California in 2006.   She has sold condominiums, homes, land, and prepared closing documents for hundreds of homes that closed escrow at Chicago Title & Trust and Alamo Title. 

Valerie has also developed vacant land into residential lots, working with the city development departments and civil engineers in all aspects of development, including but not limited to, lot and street grading, utility installation, surveying, and hiring and managing subcontractors in the completion of all infrastructure.  Valerie also loved working as a general contractor building luxury homes.  Her ability to hire and work with subcontractors to complete a high quality product in budget, on time, while building great relationships with all involved, are just some of the invaluable abilities that come naturally to Valerie. 

In a sales capacity, as in all other aspects of her real estate work, Valerie develops lasting relationships with her clients, as she loves helping each family realize their dreams and goals in buying or selling a home.  Being highly organized, knowledgeable, and a good communicator, Valerie helps her clients achieve their goals timely, with their best interest at heart, providing a smooth transaction that is as carefree for them as possible.
