With over ten years of real estate experience in both commercial and residential, Stephanie absolutely loves living in San Diego and being a Realtor.

As much as commercial and residential real estate differ, the primary responsibilities of finding properties and negotiating transactions on your client’s behalf are very similar. It is important to be able to educate your clients on market conditions and other factors that can affect purchasing property. It’s imperative to know what your clients want/need and to manage expectations and make sure they understand every step of the transaction process.
 

Honesty, integrity and respect are the most important qualities Stephanie holds as a Realtor coinciding with market knowledge and outstanding negotiating and communication skills. Having repeat clients and referrals are the biggest professional compliment she can receive due to the relationship and trust that was established through working with clients.

When Stephanie isn’t hard at work, she enjoys any activities involving health and fitness including 5k training, mud run’s, tennis, wakeboarding, swimming, sailing, fitness boot camps. She also loves traveling, wine tasting, art shows, discovering new music and spending time with her friends and family.
