Carol lives and works in Coronado.  Relocating from Annapolis, Maryland where she was a broker for many years; Carol has used the similarities of the two markets to her advantage. “Both are small, historic towns which are surrounded by water and have small lots, restrictive permitting requirements and a large Navy presence”. In her free time Carol enjoys traveling, gardening, walking and now hiking!

Education:
Carol is a broker associate and holds 4 national designations. She is a member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR), the California Association of Realtors (CAR), and the San Diego Association of Realtors.  She is currently the president of the Coronado Real Estate Association.  She has also trained at The National Trust for Historic Preservation.
