A native San Diegan, I know first-hand the interesting aspects of Del Mar and the surrounding coastal cities, which enables me to share the rich heritage of these communities with my clients. I am constantly working to improve myself by atttending seminiars, conferences, and meetings that keep me up to the minute with this fast paced real estate market.
As proof of this commitment, I recently received the National Association of Realtor's, "Green Designation", which provided me with the tools necessary to give expert advice on methods, solutions, and suggestions for "Going Green".My customer service satisfaction was honored by recently being named one of San Diego Magazine’s 2010 Five-Star Realtors, which is based solely on responses from satisfied clients, and awarded to less than 7% of all San Diego County agents.
A realtor since 2002, I have worked diligently to make each client feel unique - regardless of their price point - because they are. I am composed under pressure, and have the ability to handle complex real estate issues and transactions behind the scenes, allowing my clients to simply enjoy the process of buying or selling a home. Prior to becoming a realtor, I successfully owned and operated two businesses over a 20 year period, perfecting my customer satisfaction and organizational skills. I always have my client's best interests at heart, and consider myself a hands-on facilitator throughout the entire process. A member of Rotary, I continue to volunteer my time and expertise to various local fundraisers throughout the year. I am a proud supporter of the Wounded Warriors Foundation, and the YMCA Armed Services Christmas adopt-a-family every holiday season, as well as a regular route driver for Meals on Wheels.
