I have lived in San Diego County almost my entire life, growing up in Carlsbad in coastal North County. I am a downtown homeowner the past 7 years. My parents, brothers and their families all live in North County and we get together often.
My goal as a REALTOR is to work at the pace my clients desire, whether that means locating and/or selling property “right now” or working over several months (or longer) until my clients reach the comfort level to purchase or sell. The real estate search includes homes, condos and income property, move-up property & second homes. I work with first time buyers and relocations, as well as the repeat client through my dedicated referral network. This includes resale homes and brand new construction.
I am capable, motivated, professional and ethical, and create a satisfied environment for all involved in every transaction. I have a list of satisfied clients throughout San Diego County.
