Eileen resides in the wonderful community of “Santaluz” with her husband Graham, in one of the award winning Sentinel’s built by Baywood Homes. Eileen was born and educated in Scotland and relocated to the United States in 1987 with her husband and two sons who are now in college. Eileen was heavily involved in her local community of Carmel Valley/Del Mar as her children grew up with PTA, soccer, cub scouts, lacrosse, walking groups, egg hunts, and countless hours of volunteering which she found very rewarding. She now enjoys the relaxed lifestyle of Santaluz playing golf, socializing at the club, walking the trails with her friends, and enjoying life to the fullest with skiing, traveling and entertaining friends at home being her favorite things to do.

When Eileen started in real estate she sold coastal lots and land for 3 years and then focused on selling homes for the next 7 years in coastal communities and Carmel Valley. Choosing to live in Santaluz was easy given the open space, sense of community, lifestyle, and tranquility. It has truly proved to be a sanctuary for Eileen. She took a year out to concentrate on the completion of their home and also started to play golf with the help of the professional golf staff at Santaluz. She now enjoys playing regularly with fellow members and friends. On deciding to return to real estate, Eileen joined the Santaluz Realty team in March, 2004, where her knowledge of the lifestyle, homes, lots and community have served her well. This coupled with her wealth of knowledge of the North County San Diego market has proved time and time again to be invaluable to her clients both inside Santaluz and the surrounding neighborhoods.
