His partnership with Eileen Anderson is based on a shared philosophy: that developing personal relationships with buyers and sellers is the only true path to understanding a family’s needs and dreams and thereby identifying the most ideal property or home they seek. 

Prior to co-founding Anderson+Boatcher, Kip enjoyed a prosperous career as a luxury real estate marketing and sales consultant for some of the top developers in the world. Throughout his career, Kip has lived and worked in a multitude of dynamic markets with various lifestyle offerings from Colorado to Quebec, Hawaii to Mexico and has establishing a track record of unparalleled client satisfaction along the way.

Born in Colorado and educated throughout North America, Kip relocated to San Diego with his wife, Loretta, in 2001. They currently lives in Solana Beach with their two daughters, Greta and Eden. In his free time, Kip enjoy spend time with family and friends, surfing and playing golf. As an active California Real Estate broker, Kip also maintains an expertise in luxury real estate transactions throughout North America, Hawaii and Latin America.
