Jim, Jeanette & J.R. Sullivan

Jim and Jeanette Sullivan, a real estate team since 1977 met during their time in show business.  Jim on the forefront - writing, producing and acting and Jeanette behind the scenes writing for television productions and promotions.

After relocating to La Jolla in 1974 they found the real estate profession while looking to purchase their home and investment propereties. It became clear to them that experience and understanding of locations and property standards were of the utmost importance in determining real estate values.  This knowledge was key with La Jolla Buyers and sellers that they later represented.  As Real Estate Brokers they continued and continue to work as a family unit including their then young son, J.R. Sullivan, who helped by drawing colorful logos and weekend ads.
Later J.R. graduated from UCLA then received his MBA from Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia. He traveled the world working as a Brand Manager in Europe for two large companies and upon returning to the US he worked as a Brand Manager for two American Companies. He then decided to join his parents in the real estate business a a Real Estate Broker in 2002.  He is now a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) - the largest not-for-profit affiliate of the National Association of REALTORS.  In addition his a a Risk Management Specialist (RMS) and has successfully completed the Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI).  J.R. was also President of the La Jolla Real Estate Brokers Assosciation in 2007, Vice-President in 2008  and President in 2011 and 2012..  He is also a Trustee of the La Jolla Town Council.  The training associated with J.R.'s designations gives him access to the latest technology. J.R.'s background, training and experience solidifies his position as a specialist who can help his clients maximize profits and minimize costs when buying or selling a home. J.R. is also happily married with three children.

As a team of three, the Sullivans are a dynamic force in real estate...thus creating "The Sullivan Group"
